The refund request must be made within 14 days from the day of purchase and must be sent by email to the following address:

Please keep in mind:
- If you wish to re-enroll after receiving a refund, you will need to enroll at the future price, not the price you originally enrolled at (enrollment fees tend to rise)
- If you re-enroll after receiving a refund, you will need to start the program from the beginning (you can’t jump in where you left off)

If all seems not to work out well, just reply to the delivery mail you got after you paid online and I’ll refund your money in due time. And if we fail to get back to you after 24hours.
